attending online or in-class lessons

Please ensure you go through every item listed below to ensure you session runs smoothly.

Must Have for both Online and In-class Delivery (No Exceptions)

• Personal Laptop/Desktop with Windows/Mac operating system that comes with:
• A stable Internet connection (for online delivery)
• Wifi connection capability (for in-class delivery)
• Video camera (for online delivery)
• Microphone (for online delivery)
• USB Mouse
• Relevant software (the course you signed up for requires) is installed. E.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe CC, etc.
  For Microsoft 365 courses, do ensure that you have the full version (a paid subscription based license and not a free version that excludes many features needed for our course).

For In-class Delivery Specific

• USB thumb drive or portable harddisk

For Online Delivery Specific

• Zoom installed on your Laptop or Desktop
• A second device or monitor (Recommended but not mandatory)

For Adobe CC Application Specific

• Adobe Photoshop CC software installed
• Your personal valid Adobe CC licensed ID

For Video Editing on Smartphone Specific

• Your Android smartphone or iOS smartphone

For Digital Skills Course Specific

• Your Android smartphone or iOS smartphone
• Your Tablet (Only for Tablet course)
