Getting started with basic computer skills? This 2-day hands-on practical based course is a must for anyone who has little to zero knowledge in using a computer. This course is suitable for people from aged 12 to 75 regardless of education level.

The course is designed for the layman to be easy to follow and the starting point to acquire the basic skills in using a computer or laptop. It will equip you to handle basic operations of a computer and the usage of applications used in everyday work at the office or leisurely at home.

This course covers the following:

  • The Windows 7 operating system
  • The Internet
  • Microsoft Word 2010
  • Microsoft PowerPoint 2010

Learn in a non-threatening environment conducted by friendly, patient and experience trainers. It is never too late to get started in IT but it would be a waste not to pick it up. Begin your computer experience today.

What Android smartphone can I bring?

Bring the Android smartphone you currently own but we recommend that the smartphone should not be more than 2 years old. Your smartphone might have different settings, do allow time for the facilitor to explore your mobile phone’s settings.

I’m younger than 55, can I sign up for this course?

Do note that this course is designed to be conducted for slow learners. If you can be patient and willing to put up with possibly slow pace of Seniors you may join this class.
